BULK DRIED HERBS
I grow and harvest small amounts of herbs, only what I need for our family and business. I do not have industrial herb driers to supply folks with bulk herbs but I know trusted growers who do. These are the herb farmers I go to if and when my supply dwindles!
Richters Herbs is a family owned and operated herb farm that provides all manner of dried herbs (and plants) in a range of sizes. Their smallest size package is 100g which is good amount to begin with. They carry all the herbs you'd ever need and ship quickly and efficiently.
Rebel Roots Herb Farm is a small family run farm near Owen Sound. Their 'premium quality' herbs are those they grow themselves and they are beautiful. They are a small scale operation so they sell out quicker and have less variety.

SEEDLINGS
You can find wonderful herbs from many local nurseries. I love to seek out the smaller nurseries, specializing in native plants personally. I know they're most likely to take well in my garden and the nursery owners tend to know quite a bit more about their varieties.
Richters Herbs sells seedlings, plug packs and plug trays of varying plants. I like to go in person once per year (near Uxbridge) and see the plants in person, but I often order a plug pack of specific herbs through the mail as well.
Edible perennial nurseries are another great resource. Fiddlehead Nursery is in the Beaver Valley and they do a wonderful job growing plants that are surprisingly edible, medicinal, help with the soil or attracts beneficial insects. You can also see his gardens in all its glory and taste things as you go.
